One of the five priorities for UN-GLOBE this year is producing policy guidelines for an inclusive workplace for transgender and intersex staff members.
 
We are now calling for volunteers to join a UN-GLOBE Working Group that will help draft these guidelines.
 
Like other UN-GLOBE guidelines and position papers, we will aim to be forward-thinking and think broadly, while offering practical solutions. 
 
The Working Group will be responsible for gathering relevant recommendations, proposals, and policies on this subject in both the private and public sectors, and drafting the recommendations to be included in the guidelines. 
 
The UN-GLOBE Board, in consultation with UN-GLOBE Coordinators and Officers-at-Large, will then issue the final document.
 
We strongly encourage transgender or intersex colleagues, or those who have relevant expertise to volunteer.
